Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Battery Quality

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Battery Quality – Dominating the device is a 5000 mAh battery that is the same as last year’s S20 Ultra. It simply charges at a maximum power of 25W instead of 45W on the S20 Ultra. The charging time is only 65 minutes which in our opinion is not bad but definitely not as fast as Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo. Wireless charging is supported on 15W as well as Wireless PowerShare. No charger is included with the purchase so the 25W PD charger is sold by Samsung at a price of RM95 each.

The charging performance is less impressive than the competitors but the battery performance is impressive. We managed to record a usage life of almost 24 hours with SOT of 9.5 hours even at WQHD+ 120Hz resolution.

This battery life we have NEVER seen on any Samsung android before. Last year the S20 Ultra only recorded a maximum life of 13 hours with an SOT of 5 hours 15 minutes in the same mode. What is the secret recipe of S21 Ultra we do not know but we were surprised by the test results.

Due to time constraints and pandemics, we were unable to do heavy testing using only LTE and a lot of moving. Predictably the battery life at the FHD+ 60Hz setting is definitely better and longer.
